Comanche Nation Casino brought I-5 Design in to work on this project from the beginning. Our designers were challenged with an existing facility that was old, unimpressive and lacked a unifying decor theme. Our casino design department drew inspiration from the surrounding country-side and established a dramatic palette of colors to create from. The casino design itself was a modern spin on Native American architecture with a distinct Southwest flair. Interior details, from custom wall murals that brought out elements of Comanche heritage and culture, to dramatic cliff stone columns topped with blazing chandeliers, were designed to welcome customers and tell a story as well. We also implemented programmable lighting technologies to give an exciting, dramatic feel throughout the different casino areas. The exterior remodel design included a new facade design that incorporated immense stone pillars and dramatic lighting accents along the building to add interest and scale to the project.
Throughout the entire project our design, manufacturing, and installation teams worked closely together to create the decor elements in a way which ensured that the casino was able to stay open and generate revenue for our client throughout the installation. Our team was able to complete the implementation from start to finish in just 4 months, with no significant downtime to the casino.
