Lake of the Torches Casino & Resort Transformation
They wanted a look that flowed together in a natural theme while still allowing for areas to be featured and tying into the existing elements that would not be changing. After a comprehensive site survey was completed by one of our team members to get measurements, site photos, the “feel” of the existing space and a good handle on what was needed, the design team took over conceptualizing perimeter murals in a colorful pattern with “nature elements” silhouettes throughout, unique signage for each venue, and directional signage that tied into the rest of the decor. Pit River Casino | Current Exterior Design Project | Part 1
This entire project started out with a request for a pole sign design which then went to the tribal council for approval and then to the city for permitting. On this particular project our permit team had quite the challenge presented to them with the many requirements for the new sign, but they were equal to the task and pushed it through to the bitter end and finally approval! The council then asked our design team to come up with some conceptual sketches of what we envisioned for the exterior and interior of their casino, they liked the sketches and decided to proceed with the schematic design process. After our production foreman did a site survey to determine the existing conditions and sizes, we built an accurate digital 3D model of the existing building that we applied our décor elements over, to ensure that they would work with the existing. This was presented to the tribal council and they were approved for production. Continue reading

We created working drawings and fabricated them within the tight timeframe using creative solutions gleaned from years of decor design and manufacture. Because the luminaires were made using a specialty fabric material and timeframe was of vital importance, we also created a packaging system that ensured no damage would be incurred during the shipping process.
