Gold River Casino

Complete exterior and interior casino re-design - Anadarko, OK

Gold River Casino brought in I-5 Design & Manufacture to create a new conceptual design to update the overall look, as well a well thought out implementation plan to transform the entire location into a local destination. Beginning with the gaming floor, the design team incorporated important elements from the Delaware Tribe's history and culture to create the theme that would flow throughout the rest of the casino. Using architectural stone, wood columns, and specialty-patterned metals; the cashier, players club, and restaurant areas were designed to clearly identify each venue. Custom wall murals added dimension and interest to the space while incorporating the new color palette. Custom designed carpet created a bright and exciting feel while further tying together the other décor elements. Specialty lighting sconces and chandeliers prominently featured the tribe's logo and patterns. The restaurant was transformed from an outdated 50's style café into a beautiful, casual dining environment. The new "Lenape Lounge" was created from the ground up within an existing unused storage space, adding an additional venue for the casino and draw for creating new customers. The lounge featured an exciting new area and included a large overhead wood beam structure, specialty patterned metal finishes, integrated mica chandeliers, and raised stage area for live entertainment. The entire upgrade was then implemented by the I-5 installation team, including carpet tear out and installation, within two weeks, while the casino remained open.
