Complete exterior and interior conceptual design plan, NM

River Springs Casino brought in I-5 Design & Manufacture to create a new conceptual design to update the overall look, including a well thought out implementation plan to transform this smaller facility into a local destination. Beginning with the gaming floor, the design team created a decor theme that drew from the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape, a color palette for the property was selected which drew from the local flora and fauna, and decor elements were crafted to emulate the wind worn canyons and towering geologic formations that are native to the region. Distinct decor treatments were applied to the cashier, players club, and cafe area that were designed to clearly identify each venue while adding to the unique and beautiful feel of the interior of the property. Specialty ceiling decor was positioned throughout the interior plan which gave the feeling of wind and water moving through the southwestern desert canyons. Custom wall murals and carpet created a bright and exciting feel while further tying together the décor theme for the gaming floor. Illuminated undulating ceiling panels added bright focal points at the casino entry as well as drawing customers deeper into the cafe space. The exterior of the facility was designed to create a high impact initial statement as guests approached the property and set the tone for what they could expect from the interior. Wall washing facility lighting and custom patterned metal columns created a visual focal point on the main elevation that clearly identified where guests were supposed to enter. The River Springs conceptual design plan, illustrates how unique decor design can be created within a smaller facility footprint and can create a beautiful and memorible environment based on regional themes where local and visiting customers feel welcome and valued.
