Kahikili's Polynesian Grill

Complete themed tiki bar design - St. Lucia, Bahamas

We created a new interior and exterior decor design that followed a Polynesian / tiki theme and included exciting features to add drama and action, especially at night. We incorporated artwork from the client into a trim band that stood off the wall slightly and surrounded the interior to allow for LED accent lighting to cast accents on the ceiling and walls. The bar itself had a simple thatch roof topped with a glowing volcano and rimmed with a faux fire effect that utilizes steam and red LED's to create an amazing flame. The gabled end wall created a focal point that dazzles the senses. Flanked by full height tiki totems, a 7' tall fire god carved from faux stone will have eyes that glow and change color and faux fire in his mouth and steam coming out of his nostrils for a show that no one will forget. A wall treatment was also utilized to continue the horizontal bamboo / artwork band with a wall mural above the band and a collection of masks, pictures, and artifacts on the wall below.
