NEW Project Page | Nighthawk Lounge at Coeur D’Alene Casino

nighthawk lounge

Coeur D’Alene Casino wanted to upgrade their Nighthawk Lounge without compromising the gaming floor theme and atmosphere. I-5 created a lounge design and custom décor package that would enhance the existing features and gives the lounge a new look while maintaining the inviting atmosphere. All of the custom décor elements were fabricated at I-5’s facility in six weeks and ready for installation. The Nighthawk Lounge was renovated in just four weeks on-site, ahead of our own aggressive timeline.

Interactive Design Meetings

Communication is at the center of everything I-5 Design does. We meet time-frames that are more aggressive than any other design firm because of our communication with the client and ability to make on-the-spot solutions and modifications. The technology we use makes the communication even more efficient.

This week we had an interactive design meeting with a client who was able to work from his location with our senior designer and sales representative at our facility to make real-time changes to their design. They were able to review infrastructure concerns as well as the cosmetic appeal of the overall space and approve the changes as they were being made, turning a multi-day email conversation into one quick meeting.

In-House Chandelier Contest

chand contest

At I-5 we love our designers and the amazing work they do, but we are always looking for new exciting ideas, and diverse perspectives, from everyone on our team. With that goal in mind we recently held an in-house contest to design, plan and build a pendant light for use as a decor item in future projects.

All production employees were encouraged to participate, we ended up with some fantastic results!

Out lead designer and production supervisors judged the lights on design and usability. Can you pick which one was the winner?

NEW Project Page | Maxi Foods Supermarket

The owner of Maxi Foods contacted I-5 Design looking for a new supermarket design with a unique visual theme and décor for his aging supermarket near Melbourne Australia. Because Maxi Foods is among several large grocery stores competing in a very small geographical area the task was to create a visual atmosphere to set the store apart from the competition making the store the destination of choice for the surrounding demographic. All of the elements in the supermarket design, blended together, created a finished look that the owner termed, “Fantastic!  I love it!”.

Visit the Maxi Foods Supermarket Design project portfolio to see all the design renders and details.
