With a refreshed gaming floor, a new smoking room, and an all-new experience at The Heron restaurant, this transformation reflects the resort’s commitment to creating memorable, elevated experiences. I-5 Design Build is proud to support this vision through integrated architecture, design, construction, and custom fabrication. Throughout construction, the casino remained fully operational, ensuring guests could continue to enjoy the action throughout the process.

The refreshed design at Little River includes updated ceiling features, integrated lighting, and bold finishes that bring new energy to the gaming floor. The new smoking room offers a distinct yet connected environment, while The Heron restaurant combines warm wood tones and custom details to create a refined, approachable dining experience.
Custom elements for Little River were built in-house at I-5’s fabrication facility. From large-scale ceiling features to detailed millwork, pieces were tested and refined before arriving on-site, ensuring a smooth installation and consistent, high-quality results.
By creating custom elements in-house, the I-5 team maximized the impact of the existing environments while maintaining the client’s budget. At Heron Restaurant, layered textures, patterns, and tonal greens create a refined sense of curated luxury, while rich golds and reds elevate the gaming floor with a more vibrant, upscale atmosphere.
