Paradise Casino has enhanced its property with a modernized exterior, delivering a stunning visual experience upon approach. Embracing the property's oasis theme, I-5 designed a sleek, contemporary architectural look, seamlessly integrating programmable, color-changing lighting into the façade. Additionally, a custom palm art structure was created to serve as a signature entry feature. The lighting system is programmed to showcase a captivating "Light Show" every hour after sunset, making the casino a standout landmark for arriving guests.

Project Approach
The Paradise Casino exterior utilizes strategic visual elements to captivate and entice potential customers. Situated near a major roadway, the design focuses on creating a beacon-like presence, ensuring the structure is instantly recognizable and memorable from a distance. The bold and futuristic architectural elements serve as both a functional entrance and a visual statement, embodying the luxurious and premium experience the Paradise brand promises. By employing striking visual features, such as dynamic lighting and sculptural accents, the design evokes curiosity and excitement, motivating drivers to explore what lies beyond the captivating facade.
I-5 utilized off-site construction techniques to streamline the building process, reduce on-site construction time, and minimize disruptions to customers. By leveraging state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, the exterior design elements were fabricated and finished with lighting integrated into the project in a controlled environment before being transported to the site for final assembly. The off-site environment provided better control over fabrication ensuring each component was created with precision, resulted in a higher-quality finish, and reduced the need for costly adjustments during installation.
The final result is a beautifully contemporary exterior, featuring a palm tree art feature inspired by the casino's theme of being an oasis of paradise in the surrounding desert.
