A reimagined gaming floor combining contemporary style with cultural heritage

Potawatomi - Champions Gaming Floor

As part of Potawatomi Casino Hotel’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience, the dated "Four Seasons" gaming area has been transformed with a modern and refined aesthetic.

The gaming floor, once defined by heavy faux wood structures, fabric canopies, oversized mechanical components, and a mix of dated lighting fixtures, has been reimagined into a spacious, contemporary gaming environment. The new design seamlessly integrates with the signature sportsbook located at the back of the space, while incorporating meaningful cultural elements, such as subtle Potawatomi flower motifs etched into the columns and vibrant tribal colors accenting the crystal chandeliers. These details preserve a strong sense of tribal identity, honoring the property’s cultural roots while reinforcing the character and authenticity of the space.

Work Performed

The design and architectural team worked closely to leverage the existing space, making use of the structural columns and creating a more expansive feel with open sightlines.  A custom carpet pattern enhances visual flow, guiding guests through the gaming floor to the new poker room and sportsbook.

Custom elements for the Champions Gaming Floor were fabricated offsite to ensure precision, consistency, and efficient installation.

The remodeled Champions Gaming Floor is a refreshed, elevated venue that appeals to both loyal guests and first-time visitors, embodying Potawatomi Casino’s ongoing vision to enhance every guest experience.
