Project Objectives
I-5 contracted with Muckleshoot Casino to create a hip destination for the food and beverage station just off their casino's gaming floor. The original nondescript dining area felt "tacked on" and uninspired.

Design & Planning
I-5's design plan established the area as an entirely separate venue, even though the gaming action was still close-by. New signage, privacy half walls, vibrant colors, a new bar area and dramatic lighting gave BSB its own "cool" identity within the larger facility.
In June of 2012 I-5 designed and renovated the restaurant with bold, prominent dimensional signage identifying the venue and its specialties, a custom color palette highlighted by deep blue overhead illumination, half walls topped by stained-glass extended panels, to create a more intimate separation from the sometimes- hectic gaming floor, and warm gold pendant lighting was repurposed, for time and budget savings.
In 2014 I-5 was contracted again to add a new bar that would tie in with the overall theme of the existing elements. I-5 designed a bar that added character to the space with distressed copper countertops and specialty wood finished facing panels and trim.
Build & Install
The single-source, 3-step process I-5 offers—handling all designing, manufacturing and installation of projects—meant that the décor elements and signage were fabricated at our in-house facility and then shipped to the site where I-5 teams were able to oversee installation with no downtime or loss of revenue for the casino.
Both renovations were completed in just a few short weeks. BSB Bar and Grill had established a completely new presence in the property as a sophisticated but sporty place to enjoy a low-key break from the gaming action and the new additions worked together well with the existing renovation creating a destination unto itself.
