Falls Buffet
I-5 worked with Snoqualmie Casino to design and renovate their Buffet. The new design appealed to their more sophisticated eastside demographic and reflected the traditions of the Snoqualmie people, while also providing the casino and surrounding North Bend area with a high-quality dining destination.

Our Approach
DESIGN & PLANNING
Created to reflect the Coast Salish heritage of the tribe, this buffet was upgraded to a destination dining environment within the casino. All customer-facing areas of the buffet were addressed, including new ceiling, floor, and custom wall treatments.
Drawing inspiration from the beauty and mystique of Snoqualmie Falls the new design celebrates the tribes' origin as the people of the moon, and its connection with the falls, the river, and the forest.
BUILD & INSTALL
All of the new décor and finishes were built off-site to create a highly efficient installation, with the entire project completed in only 12 days on-site.
A main attraction of the new dining venue is the integration of large-screen displays which showcase drone footage of the breathtaking Snoqualmie Falls as guests enter the space.
FINISHED PROJECT
The Falls Buffet project was completed in under 2 weeks onsite. The customer and Tribe are thrilled with their customer's response and have reported increases in both guest counts and revenues.
