Table Mountain Casino reimagined the Sukai Bar and Lounge to embrace the Japanese-inspired aesthetic and take full advantage of sweeping views from the twelfth floor.
To elevate the guest experience, Table Mountain Casino refreshed their Sukai Bar and Lounge with a serene, nature-inspired design. I-5 Design Build reimagined the space with Japanese principles of balance and harmony, incorporating natural light from the California Valley and organic elements like a cloud-inspired ceiling to create a calm, connected atmosphere.

Inspired by Japanese Shoji screens, the design embraces light, airy materials to create a soft, contemporary feel - intentionally avoiding any dark or heavy elements.
Custom décor was precision-built off-site and engineered into modular components sized to fit within the casino’s service elevator. Tunable undercounter lighting allows the space to shift seamlessly from bright daylight to a warm, candlelight glow.
The Sukai Bar and Lounge showcases the impact of thoughtful design and expertly coordinated execution. From concept to installation, every detail was intentionally crafted to elevate the guest experience and bring the client’s vision to life.
