Nothing communicates "catch of the day" like the feeling of being part of the catching process. So for their seafood restaurant, the owners of this Bar brought in I-5 Design to capture an all-hands-on-deck nautical restaurant design theme.

Design & Planning
Nothing communicates "catch of the day" like the feeling of being part of the catching process. So for their seafood restaurant, the owners of this Bar brought in I-5 Design to capture an all-hands-on-deck nautical restaurant design theme.
A structural design that replicates a deep-sea fishing vessel, including a bonafide prow and upper deck
Wood siding surrounding the exterior, accented by navy blue stripes
Brass upper deck railings, porthole windows surrounding the “vessel”
Tension awnings, made to resemble fishing nets, for outside seating, wood pilings and rope fencing, creating a dockside feel
Inside, a life-size deep-sea “diver” overhead, presiding over nautical artifacts, plaster trophy fish, and wall coverings simulating distressed wooden ship holds
Window walls emulating those on large vessels, providing abundant views and natural light
